- Shipping - See shipping section for all shipping policies.
- Payments - My shopping cart will direct you to Mal's E-Commerce, which processes payments through Paypal. They accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to use this shopping cart. I do not accept personal checks or money orders. You can pay directly from your checking account through Paypal, if you so desire. You do need a Paypal account to do this. This is a fairly simple process.
- Discounts - You may NOT use a discount code on any package priced item (i.e. 6 pack/12 pack diapers). These packages have already been discounted and I cannot discount them further in compliance with my wholesale pricing agreements. If a discount code is used in this situation, your money will be refunded and the order cancelled. I am sorry, there can be no exceptions.
- Returns/Exchanges - I will gladly return any of the non-personalized items. I want you to be happy, and if you are not, please let me know. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return/exchange any unused/unwashed item. Please try on your baby before washing. I can't accept returns on personalized items, unless defective. If your item is defective, I will gladly offer a refund or a replacement. If an item is defective, I will reimburse you for return shipping and pay for shipping back to you. Otherwise, I will not refund shipping. If your items were eligible for "Free Shipping", you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the amount it cost to ship it to you. If you exchange an item, I will pay shipping back to you. I can not accept returns on skin care because you do not like the scent. If you are concerned, please request a scent tester. All special orders are considered a "final sale" and not eligible for return or exchange.

In New Condition. Please ensure proper packaging when returning, as I cannot return items damaged due to lack of careful shipping.

Free of odors- cigarette smoke and other odors prohibit me from selling them again, so please make sure items are odor free to ensure a full refund.
Your money will be refunded via Paypal, and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. I also do not refund shipping costs, that will be taken out of the total funds returned.
My seamstress has had a few experiences regarding personalized items in which the buyer spells the name incorrectly. I cannot returns items just for that reason! Please make sure the name is correct before you order it.
**Please contact me and I will give you instructions regarding the return process, including an RA#. If you return an item without contacting me, I reserve the right to refuse the return.**
Price Adjustments - If an item you have purchased goes on sale within 10 days of you purchasing it, I will refund you the difference in price via Paypal. You must contact me within the 10 day period via e-mail or telephone to request the adjustment.
SALES - No rainchecks will be issued for any sale items. Once the items are sold during the sale period, the sale price will no longer be available.
